As Platform approaches the 1 year anniversary I am thinking of how we can help our community with the stresses of everyday life. Sometimes life can feel overwhelming. Stress & anxiety can overtake us, making it seem like we have no choice but to live with it. The truth is we don’t have to live with chronic stress. There are ways to diffuse it and move away from stressful and anxious thoughts towards a more peaceful, calm and positive mindset. It takes some training but not as much as you’d think!
Meditation is one of the best ways to calm the mind and alleviate stress and anxiety. We offer our signature guided meditations on headset specifically made for Platform to give you relief when you need it most. Our unique on demand style means you can book a mediation on our website anytime that works for you. Our space is set up for the ultimate meditation experience. It’s quiet and comfortable with no distractions.
